A brief overview of my career between 1990 and 2007

More than 5 years of experience as Training & Development Director at Yves Saint Laurent UK responsible for the UK, North America and Australia:

Executive and Leadership coaching for Senior Management. Managing the “personal development”-programme for over 150 managers around the following themes: communication skills, presentation skills, client management, negotiation skills, people evaluation skills, dealing with and managing change. Creating an international Training Strategy in line with the Company’s strategy and business plan. Launching a measurable ROI post-training and coaching. Managing a team of trainers: in charge of the commercial training of over 1500 sales consultants.  Creating a unique sales- and communication style towards clients. Conducting bespoke presentations for groups between 10 and 600.

3 years of experience as Regional Events & Training Manager at Estée Lauder Companies responsible for Europe, UK and the Middle East:

• Training a total of 200 Sales people and their Managers: product training, selling techniques, bespoke presentation skills.
• Creating and implementing a complete training process for the launch of the brand in each new geographic area.
• Coaching of the Business Managers in the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and the Middle East.
• Conducting presentations at events aimed at VIP Clients, buyers, and press: for up to
  300 participants.

4 years of experience as Training Manager Benelux at Estée Lauder Companies:

• Training of the Sales Teams: product training, sales techniques, communication skills and presentation skills.
• Managing and coaching of the Training Team.
• Conducting training sessions for internal and external Sales Teams. 
• Running motivational events for clients.
• Public Relations: communication with the press.
  

5 years of experience as Sales Manager Travel Retail Europe responsible for a team of 20 Sales people in Benelux, France and Switzerland.
