Manager/Director with American and French companies made clear to me
the added value of an in-house coach/training department within an
organisation. Internal trainers/coaches are often experts in their domain and while it is expected that they pass on this knowledge in an engaging way, this isn’t always evident! |

During our ‘Coach-the-coach’-sessions we observe the coaching style of the trainers/coaches and we give tips to enhance the level of each trainer/coach. The numerous practical exercises, with a wide range of opportunities for interaction, make the theory interesting and engaging. This makes it easy for participants to put it into practice straight after the sessions.
