Qfor quality label

What does this label stand for?

Qfor is an independent quality assessment method, specifically geared towards training, consulting and other ‘knowledge based services’. This method is the result of a European Leonardo project.
The Qfor Clientscan has been proving its validity and relevance since 1992 and is widely accepted and used by Training Institutes, Consultancy Firms and private and public institutions.

For an organisation to receive the Qfor quality label, at least 80% of its clients have to be satisfied with the services provided.

A great deal of attention is paid to the preparation of the project. The situation and objectives of the client are explored thoroughly. There is a clear communication process regarding both the approach to and the content of the Training Programs. The consultant informs the client about her own expectations and asks for clear commitment from the client prior to starting the coaching sessions.

The results and ROI for the client are discussed thoroughly during the preparation process.

The process begins with an examination of the client’s current situation and his/her experience. Discussions create involvement and stimulate actions. The “trainer-coach” brings new insights and a wider perspective without becoming lost in the theory.

Although many of the discussion points are personal, the coach's participation never becomes a threat. Both individual coaching clients and participants of group sessions confirm that they have experienced valuable personal development thanks to the coaching of One Step Ahead.

The organization focuses on keeping its promises within the agreed timeframe, and the available time is used in an optimal way. The organisation shows excellent coaching skills for larger groups, while including sufficient individual attention to each of the participants to develop their personal challenges.

The consultant is seen by all of the clients as a true coach who listens attentively, who has her own well defined view and opinion on matters, but who is never intrusive or pushy.
